John F. (Jack) Imperatore a native of Sarasota, Florida has been active in commercial real estate brokerage, management, development and consulting since graduating college in 1973.

Through his and his families firms and their joint venture partners he was a principal in the development of over 1200 condominium units throughout Florida, two major certified historic restoration projects, one an office building and the second a mixed use project in downtown Sarasota and various other projects in throughout Florida.

In addition partnerships in which he served an manager or general partner acquired properties for investment in multiple cities in Florida, 3 locations in Tennessee, and projects in South and North Carolina.

Brokerage activities throughout Florida have ranged from general investment property sales in the Sarasota area to major land and improved properties sales such as 1700 acres in Ft. Myers for 17m, 230 acres in Ft. Myers for 53m, 3500 acres in Lake County for 54m and numerous retail sales throughout Florida.

Consulting activities have include assignments for banks, individuals and corporate clients.

Fee based work has included project evaluation for both existing and planned developments, entitlement work and both commercial and multifamily property management.
